X-men director has being accused of rape by a man who claimed that he was raped by the director both in L.A. in 98 and in Hawaii in 99. The director has being sued by the plaintiff. He has been defended by WIZARD OF WAVERLY PLACE star Matthew Smith saying he had so much time to rape him and he didn't. The director also claims that he has proof that he wasn't in Hawaii in 99. I wonder if he's lying or is the other guy.
