Legend of Korra: Book 3 will be premiering next week Friday, 27th of June 2014. The premiere episode will last 90 minutes which will include the first 3 episodes of the show. Along with the release date being revealed, Nickelodeon released the synopses of the first three episodes along with their titles.
Episode 1: A breath of fresh air
After the events of Harmonic Convergence, Avatar Korra discovers that her decision to leave the spirit portals open has unexpected consequences. Wild spirit vines have overgrown Republic City and Airbenders are suddenly popping up across the four nations.
Episode 2: Rebirth of a Nation
Korra, Tenzin and Team Avatar search for new Airbenders in an effort to recruit them and rebuild the Air Nation. Meanwhile, a band of sinister criminals are organizing to hunt down the Avatar themselves.
Although most people expected to see how Avatar Aang helped the world recover from the hurt and the damage the fire nation wrecked during all those years of war but they never got to see. It was reported that with this book three, we will be able to see what consequences Korra's decision will bring and how she would help the world rebuild itself along with how Aang rebuilt it.
After the premiere episode, the series will not return until July 11 but nevertheless, we are excited with this news.
