Advance Ticket sales for the Seth Rogen-Zac Efron Movie 'Neighbours' Sours

Seth Rogen Rose Byrne - Neighbors
The Universal comedy, which follows a young couple (Rogen andRose Byrne) who have to contend with a loud fraternity that moves in next door, could approach or cross $40 million in its debut.

While early ticket sales are solid on the film, it's still unlikely to surpass the record-breaking debut of Seth MacFarlane's Ted, which netted $54.4 million in the U.S when it opened in 2012.
However, a strong performance by Neighbors could give the film a shot at surpassing holdover The Amazing Spider-Man 2, starring Andrew Garfield, for the weekend's top spot.
This weekend's other newcomer is faith-based comedy Moms' Night Out, starring Patricia Heaton.
Premiering at this year's South by Southwest film festival, Neighbors was directed by Nicholas Stoller and produced by Goldberg, Rogen and James Weaver. It also stars Dave Franco andChristopher Mintz-Plasse.
