Lucy Lawless joins Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D season 2 casts

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is one of those shows i am desperately looking forward to this fall. Although their first few episodes last season were less than questionable, the rest of the season moved the show right along and peaked my interest. After the destruction of S.H.I.E.L.D, Fury left Coulson in charge of rebuilding the organization which would surely include hiring new agents and getting safe houses and possible new enemies too. 

Clark Gregg recently stated that the new season would be dark and lo-fi which is not saying much but hopefully, when the panel convenes at the San-Diego Comic Con, we will know more.

It has been released that Lucy Lawless (Xena) will be joining the show but what is uncertain is what role she will be playing. it could be a number of roles ranging from playing an agent to more important roles like Sky's mother.
